Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• BA/BS in industrial, mechanical, or business administration, or a 4-year technical degree.
• Lean manufacturing experience including 5S and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Experience with manufacturing-based technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long- and short-range planning, policies, programs, and objectives that support performance.
• Develop strategies and capacity plans to ensure schedules are achievable.
• Plan, organize, and implement systems and resources to meet demand efficiently and on time.
• Direct programs essential to production operations, including safety, 5S, cost reduction, and worker engagement.
• Execute the production plan and maintain high standards of operations and quality.
