Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years in increasing responsibility and managerial experience, preferably in construction/installation.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production schedules across locations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the Branch Manager and improve productivity, profitability and efficiency.
• Handle interviews, hiring, onboarding and performance development.
