Job summary

Suominen is seeking a Production Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team in Windsor, CO. You will coordinate order flow, inventory, and staffing while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will supervise production staff, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with maintenance and R&D on product development. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in paper or nonwoven industries, with strong communication and SAP/Excel

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience in manufacturing (preferred in paper/nonwoven).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of orders, inventory, and staffing to meet customer demand.
• Supervise and develop production supervisors and operators; allocate work and provide training.
• Develop work procedures and update operating and quality documents.
