BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Leader to supervise manufacturing production, shipping and maintenance teams, ensuring safe, efficient work and quality standards.

You will plan schedules, coordinate operations with managers, drive continuous improvement, and develop staff through coaching and training.

In this role, you’ll provide leadership and directly supervises and coordinate the activities of manufacturing production, shipping, and maintenance workers.
