Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging seeks a Production Manager to oversee a 24-hour operation, driving safety, quality and productivity. You will foster continuous improvement and implement quality-control programs while delivering innovative processes that generate revenue.

You will provide process-wide technical support and help implement company-wide initiatives, policies and goals within a fast-paced beverage can manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years college or equivalent managerial experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, manufacturers and employees.
• Computer aptitude including MS Office or similar, and SAP.
• Beverage can manufacturing experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce the production schedule.
• Ensure all employees safety and Safe Quality Food policies are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Coordinate plant's training program, including the deployment and execution of the AskApp.
• Establish a working environment which promotes the importance of employees acting with integrity and in an ethical manner.
• Ensure the execution of key internal controls within the area of responsibility.
• Demonstrate commitment to the Ardagh core values and policies and procedures.
