Job Title: Production Leader

Working Pattern: 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm M-F)

Working Location: Cypress, CA

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Leader at our Cypress, CA location. You will lead, inspire, and coach a team within a manufacturing cell, ensuring customer commitments are met with high standards in HSE, quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote a culture of continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, and wellbeing.
  2. Ensure compliance with all policies and standards, fostering a safety culture.
  3. Develop and manage budgets related to headcount, productivity, and costs, driving improvements.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of products by managing load, capacity, and bottlenecks.
  5. Deploy and sustain Production System standards.
  6. Lead and develop the manufacturing team through coaching, training, and lean leadership behaviors.
Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements
  • Associate degree with 7+ years of experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or
  • Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or
  • JD/PhD, or
  • 9+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cross-functional challenges and diverse cultures.
  • Knowledge of multiple disciplines and product integrity.
  • Experience deploying lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Green Belt preferred.
  • Management experience in engineering is a plus.
