You will coordinate staffing, review scheduling needs, and collaborate across departments to meet production priorities and customer commitments.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in heavy industrial settings with leadership experience, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; SEMS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a heavy industrial environment or steel service center.
• Leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); SEMS knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Warehouse operations and support shipping to ensure safe, accurate, on-time product delivery.
• Coordinate daily workflow and staffing; assess overtime needs and adjust hours as required.
• Collaborate with Production Leads, Inside Sales, and Planning to align schedules and meet customer commitments.
