Wyld is seeking a Production Lead in Washington (Tacoma) to drive high-quality production and support daily workflows. You will train and coach Production team members when Supervisors are absent, and help open/close shifts with a flexible schedule.
Role requires attention to QA/QC, safety, and efficient line management while maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen environment. You will report to the Kitchen Manager and contribute to Wyld’s fast-growing production operations.

The Production Lead produces the highest quality and consistent products in the industry by performing all duties meticulously and assisting with the daily workflow. This role supports the production team members when a Supervisor is not present. They are also responsible for training and coaching production team members in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. This role opens and/or closes shifts and must be able to work a flexible schedule.

As a non-exempt employee, you'll receive an hourly rate of $24.50-$29.55/hr. paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
