Wyld in Washington (Tacoma) is seeking a Production Lead to guide daily operations in our cannabis edibles facility. You will supervise shifts, train teammates, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in food production or kitchen leadership, familiarity with sanitation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and Jira. This is an on-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

The Production Lead produces the highest quality and consistent products in the industry by performing all duties meticulously and assisting with the daily workflow. This role supports the production team members when a Supervisor is not present. They are also responsible for training and coaching production team members in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. This role opens and/or closes shifts and must be able to work a flexible schedule.

As a non-exempt employee, you'll receive an hourly rate of $24.50-$29.55/hr. paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance. Wyld is an equal opportunity employer.
