Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs is seeking a Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations in Watertown, SD. The role emphasizes expediting work orders, reporting, and optimizing resources while reducing scrap and rework.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, able to lead teams, and capable of stepping in for the Production Supervisor when needed. Prior manufacturing experience and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills – MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day to day issues to meet production, safety, shipping and quality goals.
• Train, develop, and maintain training sheets on all employees and make recommendations for employee advancement.
• Execute scheduled work orders to meet customer requirements.
• Record daily attendance of seasonal and regular full-time employees.
• Assist supervisor in Incident/Accident investigations and reporting.
• Provide input on disciplinary reports and merit increases.
