Wis-Pak, Inc. in Watertown, WI, is seeking a Production Lead to oversee shift operations and lead a team of production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

You will ensure proper training, enforce policies, and maintain strong communication across departments. Forklift driving is required; you must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. The shift runs 5:30am–6:00pm, Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday, with overtime opportunities.
