Ascentek is seeking a Production Lead for the second shift (Mon-Fri 2:30 pm - 11:15 pm) to direct day-to-day production activities and optimize efficiency, safety, and quality in the packaging operations.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years of supervisory experience, knowledge of KPMs, lean principles, SDS, and proficiency with JDE and MS Office. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with a focus on cost control and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
