Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Morrisville, NC facility. You will lead front-line teams, drive safety and quality, and partner with EHS, engineering, and quality to scale manufacturing toward full-rate production.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment, with a focus on 5S, process improvement, and data-driven decision making. US Secret clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production/manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proven problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in production management software and MS Office.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front-line production teams; provide training and conduct performance reviews.
• Champion EHS-focused culture; ensure compliance with 5S standards and continuous improvement.
• Ensure products meet quality standards; participate in quality control and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production planning to execute schedules and meet demand.
• Develop and refine process instructions; ensure clear communication and training.
• Continuously improve production processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure optimal equipment utilization.
• Drive data-driven decisions using SPC, KPIs, and performance metrics; coach the team.
