Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Lead in Plano, TX to manage daily production operations, supervise a shift, and drive safety and quality on the floor. The role requires coordinating staffing, coaching associates, and maintaining shift documentation.

Applicants should have manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of lean principles and production metrics. 1st shift with occasional Saturdays, 6am–6pm availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations, assign work, and coordinate staffing.
• Monitor workflow, coach employees, and keep shifts moving safely.
• Track goals, run pre-shift meetings, and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain production records and shift reports, support training.
