Qualifications

• 1–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing operations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift

Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedLead Support / Line Leaderto oversee daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting efficient production processes.
