Qualifications

• Experience in production operations or manufacturing preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of other employees and ensure quality.
• Coordinate and manage department flow of schedules; monitor ERP.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Train employees; plan, assign, direct and check others' work; address issues.
• Keep supervisor informed of production levels, goals, issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work area and follow safety procedures.
• Support accountability and a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
