Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors work in process, maintains cleanliness and safety at the workstation.
• Ensures tooling and paperwork (drawings, specs, work orders) are available at the station.
• Maintains productivity, quality, and resolves production bottlenecks.
• Trains shop personnel and reports issues to supervisor.
• Performs lead duties while occasionally performing assembly tasks.
