Job summary

DuPont Spectrum is seeking an Experienced Production Leader to guide and develop production teams on the Sandy, UT floor. You will direct daily operations, manage schedules, and partner with Engineering, QA, and HR to ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and continuous improvement through Lean methods to meet aggressive production targets while maintaining high morale and strong regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and supervision of production staff, coordinating labor, equipment, and resources to meet production goals.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Build partnerships with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Human Resources and other leaders.
