You will allocate resources, plan schedules, and drive improvements on the shop floor, leading a team of supervisors and operators in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in management, planning or related capacity.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SAP systems preferred.
• Associates Degree in Process, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, with related planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning to ensure production schedules are met.
• Lead the training and qualification of direct reports.
• Facilitate team meetings to communicate departmental KPI measurements.
• Lead continuous improvement ideas from team members.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and procedures.
• Address performance issues promptly.
• Manage time and attendance for direct reports.
• Comply with quality, product safety, and HSE guidelines.
• Conduct incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support ISO and related management system standards.
