Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret company documents such as safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Must be willing to work overtime and assigned shift; able to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to wear PPE and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production rates and maintain goals.
• Monitor efficient movement of production to meet area requirements.
• Schedule and monitor production following company instructions.
• Train production staff and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report abnormalities.
