Gilmer Warehouse & Logistics in Cochran, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations. You will oversee Production Line Leads, coordinate with warehouse and demand planning teams, and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supervising employees, team leads, or production teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
• Experience using Lean methodologies to drive improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using production data and metrics to drive results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Production Line Leads and production employees.
• Oversee daily production schedules, staffing, workflow, and operational execution.

• Troubleshoot production floor issues and remove obstacles affecting productivity.
• Monitor production performance and key operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, SOPs, GMPs, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct employee coaching, performance discussions, and accountability conversations.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Logistics, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and performance.

Gilmer Warehouse & Logistics is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations at our Cochran facility. This role oversees Production Line Leads, coordinates with warehouse and demand planning teams, ensures production targets are achieved, and develops employees for long-term success.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or logistics environment and enjoys coaching teams while driving safety, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Production Line Leads and production employees

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesusing Lean methodologies

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using production data and metrics to drive results

• Proficiency with Microsoft Officeincluding Excel

• Experience with safety programs, quality systems, GMPs, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

• 2-3 years of experience using a high-powered warehouse management system

• Previous experience with Nulogy PackManager is a plus

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with moving machinery and equipment

• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds

• Work in a non-temperature-controlled facility with seasonal temperature variations

• Occasional overtime, weekends, or additional hours as needed to meet production demands
