Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor workflow and troubleshoot bottlenecks in real time to keep production on schedule.
• Partner with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Track key performance metrics (output, downtime, scrap/waste, safety incidents) and report to leadership.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and resource allocation.
