Zusammenfassung

MODMAX is seeking an experienced framing supervisor to lead a crew in Fayetteville, TN. You will drive daily production, ensure module cadence, and coach technicians on tooling, jigs, and safe practices.

You should read shop drawings, interpret cut lists, and maintain accuracy and squareness while lifting up to 50 lbs. Modular/panelized experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years residential or commercial framing, with time leading others.
• Confident with tape, laser level, nail guns and table saw
• Able to read shop drawings and interpret a cut list
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand through a production shift
• Modular or panelized experience a plus, not required
