Dessert Holdings Inc. is seeking a Production Lead for our Aurora, CO plant. You will oversee daily production, ensure food safety and quality, and coordinate with SQF/HACCP and GMP standards.

The role requires managing a team, driving efficiency, and maintaining strict safety practices in a fast-paced bakery environment. Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment and leadership role.
• Ability to read, write, and complete production documentation in English or Spanish.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with batch sheets, formulas, and specifications.
• Basic equipment knowledge including operation and first-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and PPE, perform start-of-shift safety checks.
• Stop production and escalate immediately for any safety hazard.
• Report incidents, near-misses, and hazards; track maintenance requests.
• Coach, train, and hold employees accountable for safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, allergens, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and system entries.
