Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign and delegate job responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all team members are fully trained in their respective roles and responsibilities.
• Personally communicate expectations to team members and hold them accountable for their performance.
• Address and resolve instances of non-standard work promptly and effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, actively engaging and developing employees to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and address safety concerns to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Investigate and identify root causes for customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent recurrence.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive workplace culture characterized by teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
• Communicate business updates and directives to the team in a clear and professional manner.
• Report work results, concerns, and improvement ideas to senior management, contributing to overall organizational improvement.
