Job summary
IGT is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor II to lead FinTech kiosk manufacturing operations. You will oversee assembly, electrical integration, software loading, testing, and final configuration while driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics to support new product introductions and process improvements. The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, familiarity with NPI, and
Qualifications
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership background.
- Experience with electromechanical assembly, kiosk manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and quality systems.
- Experience with NPI and ramp-up activities.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP and manufacturing reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing activities for FinTech kiosk production, including assembly, integration, testing, and configuration.
- Ensure production schedules meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
- Mentor and develop production staff and supervisors, manage onboarding and training.
