Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) in Reno is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the main floor and, where needed, in Sub-Assembly, Silk Screen, and SW Manufacturing. You will supervise production leads and operators, ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance, and drive staffing and cross-training as product configurations change.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume, high-mix production, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred) for production scheduling and tracking.
• Strong people-leadership skills: coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to lead multiple production areas or teams simultaneously across differing processes.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production leads and operators on the main manufacturing floor, with potential oversight to Sub-Assembly, Silk Screen, and SW Manufacturing.
• Drive daily schedule attainment across shifts; coordinate with Materials/Master Scheduling to resolve shortages or constraints.
• Own staffing, shift coverage, and cross-training plans to adapt to product mix changes.
• Enforce safety standards on the floor; lead incident investigation and corrective action.
• Monitor quality metrics and collaborate with Quality on root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage team performance, including coaching, performance documentation, and development of leads/operators.
• Lead daily tier meetings and floor walks; communicate production status and risks to Operations leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to increase throughput and reduce changeover time on high-mix lines.
• Partner with Engineering on NPI ramps to ensure floor readiness for new builds.
