Job summary

SolomonEdwards is hiring for Lead Operators in Durham, NC to oversee daily production, mentor operators, ensure safety and product quality, and meet output targets. The role supports both day and night shifts in a global textile manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with plant leadership, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with maintenance for complex repairs while maintaining continuous production flow and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting production operators by assigning work, answering questions, and coaching employees throughout the shift.
• Monitor production to ensure safety, quality, and output goals are met while minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshooting equipment and process issues and work with maintenance or engineering when more complex repairs are needed.
