Job summary

• Leadership or supervisory experience in production or industrial operations.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive parts and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and develop production team members.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure work areas meet safety standards.
• Manage daily production schedules and performance goals.
• Oversee automotive salvage and recycling processes.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, forklifts, crushers, etc.) as needed.
• Audit and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management for production staff.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and process efficiency.
• Work standard production hours (Mon–Fri), with occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays.
