Job summary

Pull-A-Part is a nationwide leader in used auto parts, with a focus on safety, sustainability, and community impact. The Production Manager will lead the production team, oversee automotive salvage and recycling activities, and ensure safety standards across the site in Baton Rouge.

You will manage inventory, equipment use, vendor relationships, and on-the-job training to support operational goals in an outdoor, industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in production settings.
• Good knowledge of auto parts and materials.
• Mechanical aptitude with safety focus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software.
• Reliable transportation to and from site.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
