Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is seeking an experienced team member at the Little Rock donation center to oversee task assignments, monitor production goals, and train donation attendant associates. The role supports meeting donor service objectives while upholding Goodwill ACE culture and mission in every interaction.

Responsibilities include sorting, processing, and preparing donated goods, ensuring safety procedures, and maintaining a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

  • High School education is required.
  • 12 to 18 months of related experience and/or training.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks, monitor production goals, provide training for donation attendant associates; may direct community service workers and volunteers on a limited or as needed basis.
  • Receive, sort, process, hang and salvage donated goods according to established standards; provide donors with an appropriate donation receipt.
  • Adhere to Goodwill safety procedures and policies, report work injuries regardless of severity.
  • Report possible employee actions that could be violations of policies.
  • Attend and participate in regular employee meetings and training. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
  • Prepare donated goods for transport.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices to provide a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
