Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production technicians and assemblers.
• Manage daily execution of assembly travelers and work orders.
• Conduct quality inspections and document non-conformances.
