Qualifications

• 2–5 years in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, composites, or mechanical fabrication.
• Experience reading engineering drawings independently.
• Experience using torque tools and controlled fastening.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural assembly and mechanical integration independently.
• Install propulsion, structural, and system components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and digital work instructions.
• Perform composite layups, bonding, trimming, and finishing tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in composite areas.
• Record work accurately in ERP/MES and support traceability.
• Follow safety protocols and support continuous improvement.
