Job summary

viaPhoton is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to guide a shift-based crew and ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. You will assign tasks, train staff, run checks, and keep schedules on track using Odoo ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team and coordinating across shifts.
• Ability to train new and returning employees and document progress.
• Familiarity with production procedures, safety, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assign production employees to areas with what they need to succeed.
• Train new and returning employees and document progress and skill development.
• Conduct quality spot checks with proper documentation and flag issues immediately.
• Ensure workspace safety and cleanliness; maintain production records.
• Step into supervisor duties when needed and align production with demand using ERP scheduling.
