Job summary

viaPhoton is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to guide a shift-based crew and ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. You will assign tasks, train staff, run checks, and keep schedules on track using Odoo ERP.

• Step into supervisor duties when needed and align production with demand using ERP scheduling.

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Compensation: $19-$24 per hour, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)

About the Role

You’ll lead a production team and shape how we work every day. You’ll assign tasks, train new people, run quality checks, and keep schedules on track. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you directly shape both product quality and team success.

• Oversee and assign production employees to specific work areas, making sure they have what they need to succeed
• Train new and returning employees and document their progress and skill development
• Conduct quality spot checks with proper documentation and flag any issues immediately
• Make sure your team is handling products correctly and keeping their workspace safe and clean
• Step into supervisor responsibilities when needed and maintain accurate production records
• Use Odoo and ERP scheduling to keep production aligned with customer demand
