Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead assists supervisors in meeting productivity, department goals and quality standards, and coordinates the work in a specific production area to meet or exceed standards.

This role is 2nd shift, full-time, focused on safe, efficient operations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US, at least 18, and able to learn computer usage and effective communication while maintaining attendance.

Cintas is seeking a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead is responsible for assisting supervisors/managers in ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met. Production Leads coordinate the work in a specific production area and are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
