Job summary

Cintas Corporation in United States is seeking a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead assists supervisors in ensuring productivity, department goals and quality standards are met; coordinates work in a specific production area and strives to meet or exceed quantity and quality targets.

This role requires strong work ethic, teamwork, and safety awareness, with the ability to learn computer/console tools, adapt to a fast-paced schedule, and communicate effectively

Cintas is seeking a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead is responsible for assisting supervisors/managers in ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met. Production Leads coordinate the work in a specific production area and are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
