Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead coordinates work in a production area, assists supervisors to meet productivity, department goals and quality standards.

The role is on-site and focused on delivering target metrics with safety and teamwork in mind. The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and continuous improvement on the shop
