Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Mon–Fri and every other weekend) to guide and train production employees on the assigned line. You will coordinate quality checks and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to multi-task, and strong communication within a manufacturing environment. Stand/walk on a production floor and lift up to 20 lbs routinely.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and train a team of 12–40 employees.
