Job summary

HelloFresh in Colorado is seeking a Lead Production Associate to guide a fast-paced production line and coach the team in GMP, SQF, and PPE practices. You will model best practices, track line performance, and ensure safety while meeting daily targets.

You will train new hires on SOPs, supervise staff, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. This full-time role requires 18+, English proficiency, and 1+ year of related experience.

• High school diploma or GED plus 1+ year related experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to read, write, and speak English.

• Identify and report defective materials or safety concerns to QA.
• Perform production duties alongside the team as needed.
• Update production data in the computer system (basic typing required).
• Prepare ingredients using tools like food scales and measuring cups.

Shifts Available:

• Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30pm


• Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00am to 5:30pm


• Thursday to Sunday - 7:00pm to 5:30am

Work Environment and Physical Demands

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing area with temperatures between 10º and 40ºF. This role requires standing and walking for 10-12 hours per shift. You must be able to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
