Job summary

SERVPRO of Burnsville/Lakeville is seeking an energetic Production Lead to join our growing restoration team. You will oversee field operations, supervise crews, and help clients recover from fire, water, mold or storm damage.

As part of the SERVPRO Storm Team, you may travel to other regions; travel expenses covered, daily per diem, and earnings over $30 per hour. We value reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Dependable, friendly, great attitude, effective oral communication.
• Experience in water restoration.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• High school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction, light demolition, use of hand tools and power tools.
• Develop knowledge of structural drying techniques & become knowledgeable in the operation of specialized equipment on job sites.
• Excellent customer service.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and shop areas.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with management and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling.
• Inventory shop supplies on a regular basis and report on low inventory items to management.

When you travel with our Storm Team we cover all expenses, you earn a daily per diem, and you can earn over $30 an hour!

REQUIREMENTS:

General Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, friendly, great attitude, effective oral communication
• Experience in water restoration

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Be able to work in all climates including extreme heat and cold
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Walking, standing, sitting, or driving for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
