Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to play a crucial role on our operations team. Reporting to the Director of Production and Manufacturing, your primary responsibilities will include leading a small team of production associates, ensuring proper builds are created to meet customer needs, and being a leader-coach, ensuring all needs are met with product assemblies.

What you will do…

• Collaborate with the Director of Production and Manufacturing daily to ensure proper builds are being created to meet customer orders
• Complete RMA testing, evaluation, and completion of process
• Troubleshoot and diagnose nonfunctional electronic assemblies
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure all needs are met with product assemblies
• Prioritize builds and assignments for the production team
• Assist and coach the production team, answering questions and providing support related to build assemblies
• Assist in repairs and maintenance of assembly and test equipment
• Develop, review, revise, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures
• Be a hands-on coach and mentor to the team, assisting with builds when needed and providing direction where necessary
• Provide motivation, support, and guidance to the team
• Analyse root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations
• Ensure a high level of quality control on all products

What we expect of you…

• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication
• Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP system(s)
• Minimum 3 years in electronics manufacturing operations
• Proficient in electronic troubleshooting
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team to meet production objectives
