• Champion safety: enforce adherence to safety practices and ensure team members have PPE.
• Drive continuous improvement: collaborate with team members to identify and implement process optimizations, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
• Problem-solve and escalate: address production issues promptly and elevate systemic challenges to the Production Supervisor for resolution.
• Ensure operational flow: maintain open communication across shifts with fellow Team Leads and Leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor performance: update and track KPIs and other relevant metrics for your area.
• Standardize excellence: develop, maintain, and audit Team Member Standard Work procedures for consistency and efficiency.

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a 1st Shift Production Lead for the Fond du Lac, WI facility with an hourly pay range of $25 - $28 an hour. Production Lead Primary Responsibilities

Production Lead Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment required.
• May be required to possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record report and insurance coverage appropriate to enable legal and safe driving of vehicle(s) for company-related business.

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, whether in a professional or volunteer setting.
• A genuine people-focused approach.
