JobSquad is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing and packaging operations in Miramar, FL. The role requires experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical production, strong GMP knowledge, and the ability to lead a bilingual team (English/Spanish).

The position runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with pay at $18.50 per hour. The ideal candidate will supervise 5–8 production associates, support line setup and troubleshooting, and ensure safety and quality standards are met

Competenze

• Pharmaceutical or nutraceutical GMP manufacturing experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience supervising production employees is a plus.
