Job summary

Hope Gospel Mission is seeking a Donation Logistics Coordinator to manage internal donation product flow within the department. The role requires coordinating logistics, supervising volunteers, and driving truck routes as needed to support program operations.

The candidate should demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well with participants, staff, and diverse backgrounds in a faith-based setting.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Interest or experience with reusable goods preferred.
• Coaching or teamwork experience is desirable.

• Ability to take directions from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support logistics of physical donation.
• Fill in for staff as directed by supervisor.
• Drive truck route as needed.
• Work alongside Vocational Training participants and volunteers.
• Set an excellent example of work ethic.
• Make decisions quickly.
• Motivated to accomplish and exceed tasks.
• Assist in maintaining an intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
• Lead and supervise Vocational Training participants and volunteers.
• Represent a Christian organization and maintain a faith-based community and code of conduct.
• Get along well with others from varied backgrounds.
