**This position is located onsite in Ramsey, MN. The hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm, with potential for overtime based on business needs.**

Essential Functions:

1. Operate equipment that requires use of computers and automation.
2. Verify all components are included in each finished project by checking run sheets and reading blueprints.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
4. Wear all required PPE and adhere to safety rules and guidelines.
5. Perform general housekeeping of the work area.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency with computers, automation, and technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Safe use of hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Forward-thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.

Physical Demands:

• Standing, bending, twisting, walking, crouching, and kneeling.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally, 40 lbs. frequently, and 15 lbs. regularly.

Pay range is $25-29/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. Molin offers paid holidays, PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), ESOP contributions, and more.
