Job summary

Fabcon Precast in Pleasanton, Kansas is seeking Production Laborers to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. You will create forms for walls, beams, columns and stairs, install rebar, mesh, foam insulation, and prepare concrete with screed boards, vibrators and trowels.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measure and blueprints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate machinery safely.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Create forms used to build precast concrete sections (e.g. walls, beams, columns, stairs, etc.)
• Install rebar, plates, mesh, and foam insulation
• Form concrete using screed boards, vibrators, and trowels
• Use hand tools, and power tools (drills, saws, tie guns, etc.)
