Fabcon Precast in Pleasanton, KS is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team. Responsibilities include the safe daily operation of machinery and delivering materials to production lines to keep operations flowing.

Ideal candidates will have equipment operation experience in a heavy manufacturing setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work overtime when required. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Equipment operation experience in a Heavy Manufacturing setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate machinery safely.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machinery on a daily basis.
• Delivering materials of various size and weight to the Production lines to supply them on a daily basis. (Wet concrete, fabricated steel, etc.)
• Maintain consistent communication between other operators and production crews throughout the day in order to provide exceptional service
• Properly dispose of scrap materials throughout the day
