Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center LLC is hiring motivated Production Laborers for our regional mill operations in Texas. You will perform daily housekeeping, support preventive maintenance, and assist with projects to keep the mill running safely and efficiently.

Role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate basic equipment (forklift, skid steer, front-end loader). Full-time, benefits-eligible position with flexibility for varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (10 hours) on concrete floors.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs and carry items safely.
• Experience operating forklifts/skid steers is preferred.
• Commitment to safety and FSMA standards in feed production.
• Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Keep mill and surrounding grounds clean and orderly.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Assist maintenance staff and contractors on projects and repairs.
• Help maximize mill and crew efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients and verify quality.

Qualifications
Position Summary
Livestock Nutrition Center, a leading regional feed manufacturing company, is looking for motivated Production Laborers to join our team. We are currently hiring mill production operators, including light equipment operators, who can work with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure the mill is kept clean, including the grounds surrounding the mill.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks are completed.
• Assist in repair and maintenance projects with the maintenance staff and contractors, as well as fulfill Project Manager requests.
• Assist in maximizing efficiency of the mill and crew.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
• Ensure quality of ingredients are of LNC standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment, following proper training of all equipment.
• Ensure company safety practices are followed, along with OSHA standards.
• Perform any other related operational processes and tasks deemed necessary by local management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to walk and stand for 10hours/day.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift, Skid Steer, Front end loader experience preferred.
• Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, extreme heat or cold.
• Ability to perform general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain safe working environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Some weekends required in winter months.
• Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.
