Job summary

Midwest Tile & Concrete Products Inc. in Woodburn, IN is hiring for concrete production and pouring roles. Start times are 6 a.m. or 7 a.m.

with overtime possible; wages begin at $18.00/hr with $1.00 raise after 90 days for good attendance. A $3.00/hr attendance bonus can raise the rate to $21/hr, with $22/hr after 90 days if attendance remains perfect. Job description

We are looking for individuals with good attendance records, comfortable working with their hands and doing physical work.

Hours:
Shifts start at either 6 a.m. or 7a.m. M-F. Work till concrete sets which ideally is around 3:30 pm or will roll into overtime. Occasional overtime on Saturdays

Salary: $18.00 with + $1/hr increase after 90 days with good attendance

Bonus eligibility of additional $3/hr increasing your rate to $21/hr when you have perfect attendance for the week. After 90 days becomes $22/hr. Available first week of employment if meet requirements

Essential Functions:

• Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to seventy-five (75) pounds comfortably).
